Have you gotten CPR Certified yet? If not, maybe it’s time to consider taking one of these classes! Knowing what to do in a situation where someone needs CPR is very useful and could save a life. Here is your guide to learning CPR in Northwest Florida.

👶CPR for Friends and Family Class at Sacred Heart

This is an American Heart Association Course. The instructors will demonstrate how to perform each technique, including how far back to tilt your baby’s head and how much pressure to apply during CPR. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. The cost is $22 per person. Call 850-278-3545 for more information.

Skills learned in this class:

  • Infant CPR
  • First aid for a choking child
  • Basic first aid skills

  • September 18th 2019 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm

🚒Destin Fire Control District

The Destin Fire Control District is a designated training site for the American Heart Association. In these classes you will learn to use both CPR and the AED. The cost is $45. Please contact the Destin Fire Control District at 850-837-8413 to check availability, reserve your spot, or obtain more information.

  • Adult CPR
  • Infant CPR
  • How to use an AED

  • July 15th, 2019 at 8:00am

🏊‍♂️Hurlburt Field Aquatic Center

You must have base access for this course. This is an American Red Cross CPR ONLY course. The cost is $50, which includes all materials needed for class as well as 2 year certification. Sign up by calling 850-884-6939.

  • July 11, 2019 at 8:00am (register by July 8)
