ERA American Real Estate completes headquarters renovation, launches new small business spaces in Shalimar

The renovation transformed 3,000 square feet of workspace based on agent feedback, replacing outdated cubicles with collaborative spaces and flexible workstations.

ERA American Real Estate has completed a comprehensive renovation of its headquarters in Shalimar, transforming the space to better accommodate modern work habits while launching a new business initiative for local entrepreneurs.

  • The renovation reimagined 3,000 square feet of workspace based on agent feedback, replacing outdated cubicles with a mix of collaborative spaces, private offices and flexible workstations designed to support both in-office and hybrid work styles.

“This redesign wasn’t just about updating the office — it was about reimagining how we support our agents and our community,” said Tony Lombardo, President & CEO of ERA American Real Estate. “We took the time to really listen to how our agents prefer to work. Some need dedicated desks, others just need a space to plug in between appointments.”

The renovated space now features dedicated desks for full-time agents, collaboration spaces with a lounge area, drop-in desks for remote agents attending meetings or training, private walled offices for agent teams and groups, and an additional conference room.

As part of the renovation, ERA American merged its Property Management department into the main office space, creating what the company describes as dynamic synergy across departments.

This integration led to the creation of ERA American’s eSuites, a professional office spaces for small businesses, freelancers and entrepreneurs who need a client-facing workspace.

  • “With the launch of eSuites, we wanted to create something more than just office space. We wanted to offer small businesses a stepping stone,” said Keith Wood, Vice President of Business Development at ERA American Real Estate. “Whether you’re a startup needing a professional place to meet clients or a remote worker ready to get out of the house, eSuites provide affordable leases, flexible terms, and a community environment that helps businesses grow.”

The eSuites serve as a local business incubator, offering a solution for professionals tired of working from home who need a polished workspace without significant overhead costs.

For inquiries about leasing eSuites or to learn more about the available spaces, interested parties can contact Keith Wood at keith.wood@era-american.com or 850-200-2039. Floor plans are available at esuitesfl.com.
