Get ready for a Spring cookout with a handmade (by YOU) BBQ fork. We will split steel to make the tines and practice several types of twists, then finish with a “D” handle grip.
For any blacksmithing class please wear cotton or natural fabric clothing, long trousers and solid shoes or boots are required, long sleeve cotton (not flannel) shirt highly recommended. We supply your steel, coal, tools, working materials, gloves, eye and ear protection, plus dust masks when necessary but if you have a leather apron you might want to bring it (or buy one of ours for $50). Ages 12 and up, please.
