What to Expect on the Mat

The voice, and tears sometimes flow too with this opening. Let it, without judgment. You can stop the process at any time
by opening your eyes or over mentalizing
You will be in recline on the floor for most of the practice. Please bring whatever you need to make you comfortable.
It’s also recommended for a receiver to be well hydrated, and not have a full stomach.
