This inaugural virtual race is offered in conjunction with World Health Day, April 7, 2022, and benefits the Bridgeway Health Clinics (BHC) in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.

BHC is non-profit and provides high quality, affordable healthcare access to all residents of Okaloosa County. Patients pay a sliding scale fee regardless of individual ability to pay making BHC a valuable source of healthcare in our lower income and indigent populations.

Race proceeds, after medal costs, go entirely to offsetting Bridgeway’s operating expenses.

The Spring Into Health 5K may be run or walked at your convenience anytime between April 1-7, 2022. Entrants are encouraged to post pictures of their individual efforts and times to the event Spring Into Health 5K Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/events/653190279208952).

All entrants are eligible to receive the race medal. The registration cost is $25 per person.

Medals may be picked up at the clinic, 137 Hospital Drive (N. Entrance) Fort Walton Beach, FL; starting Friday April 8th at 3:00 P.M. and all day Saturday April 9th starting at 10:00 A.M. Contact the race organizer for alternate arrangements. Medals may also be mailed for a $7 mailing fee. Be sure to provide a mailing address on the registration form.
