United Fidelity Bank has appointed Shaun Foster as Assistant Vice President and Business Development Officer for the Destin/Niceville market.

  • Foster brings 18 years of banking experience to his new role, specializing in customer service and crafting creative banking solutions tailored to individual needs. His background includes fostering meaningful relationships and connecting with clients to understand their financial goals.

A Fort Walton Beach native and Choctawhatchee High School graduate, Foster earned degrees from Northwest State College and Troy University. He currently resides in Niceville with his wife and two children.

Beyond his banking career, Foster maintains active community involvement, volunteering with A Bed 4 Me and serving on the boards of ECF and CALM. Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to a military family, Foster’s upbringing rooted him in the Florida Panhandle, where he remains engaged in local charities and outdoor activities.

United Fidelity Bank operates two locations in Northwest Florida, with banking centers in both Fort Walton Beach and Destin.

  • “We’re so excited to have Shaun’s experience and dedication here in the Fort Walton Beach area,” the bank wrote in a statement. “If you’re looking for someone who is committed to understanding your individual banking needs in Fort Walton Beach, Destin or Niceville, Shaun is your guy!”

The bank encourages customers to visit either the Fort Walton Banking Center or Destin Banking Center to meet Foster and learn about personal and business banking services.
