City officials are inviting Niceville residents to attend an upcoming town hall meeting where Mayor Dan Henkel and City Manager David Deitch will provide updates on municipal projects and initiatives.

  • The public meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 7, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Niceville Community Center, located at 204 Partin Dr. N, Suite C.

“This gathering isn’t just about information; it’s also a platform for your voice to be heard,” said Shannettra Francis, the city’s public information officer. “Residents are encouraged to share their thoughts, questions, and concerns with city officials.”

During the session, attendees will receive updates about city initiatives, upcoming projects, and available resources. Officials plan to outline key developments affecting the community and explain how residents can become more involved in local governance.

The forum is designed to strengthen community engagement and provide direct access to city leadership. No registration is required to attend.

  • “Together, we can strengthen our community and work toward a brighter future for Niceville,” Francis said.

The town hall format will allow for open dialogue between residents and officials, creating an opportunity for meaningful community input on municipal matters.
