Okaloosa County will hold a special election June 10 for Florida House of Representatives District 3, with Republican Nathan Boyles facing Democrat Dondre Wise. Voting is restricted to registered voters living within the district boundaries.
- The election covers District 3, located on the north end of Okaloosa County. Eligible precincts include all of precincts 1, 2, 5, 6 and 51, along with portions of precincts 3, 4, 7, 8 and 13, according to the Okaloosa County Supervisor of Elections.
Residents of Crestview and those living south of Interstate 10 are in Florida House District 4 and cannot vote in this special election.
Voters unsure of their district can check eligibility using the VoterLookup tool on the supervisor’s website at www.voteokaloosa.gov.
Early voting runs from May 31 through June 7 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Crestview Supervisor of Elections office at 302 N Wilson St, Suite 102. On election day, precincts within District 3 will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
