Ulta Beauty to open new store at Silver Sands Premium Outlet

Ulta Beauty will expand its footprint with a new location at the Miramar Beach shopping destination this summer.

Silver Sands Premium Outlets announced Tuesday that Ulta Beauty will open a new store at the Miramar Beach shopping center this summer.

  • The beauty retailer, which provides one-stop shopping for prestige, mass and salon products and services, will be located near the West Entrance of the outlet mall at 10562 Emerald Coast Parkway.

Ulta Beauty currently operates 1,445 retail stores across all 50 states and distributes products through its website and mobile app. The company aims to open approximately 60 new stores in 2025 and plans to expand internationally to Mexico and the Middle East later this year.

  • “At Ulta Beauty, the possibilities are beautiful,” states the company’s announcement, highlighting its position as the premier beauty destination for cosmetics, fragrance, skin care, hair care and salon services.

This will be among 20 Ulta Beauty locations operating within the Simon portfolio. Simon Property Group, an S&P 100 company listed on the New York Stock Exchange (SPG), and Howard Group own Silver Sands Premium Outlets.
