Even though Destin Commons has leased 70,000 sq.ft. of Class A office space over Main Street at the Center, increasing demand for more space has led the popular shopping destination to open the Destin Commons Office Tower

The Office Tower is part of the parking garage near Belk and is a six-story building that offers 88,000 sq.ft. of Class A office space with build-to-suit suite opportunities ranging from 1,800 to 65,000 sq.ft.

“As a modern, high-tech, comfortable corporate office space, the Destin Commons Office Tower offers all of the key attributes we were seeking for a headquarters location,” said Les Rose, Chief Executive Officer of Titan Technologies. “We are looking forward to continuing our company’s 20-year legacy of delivering customized, transformative solutions for our clients as we move our base operations to Destin.”

“A great location plays a pivotal role in the development of Destin Commons Office Tower,” said Heather Ruiz, Senior Director of Marketing & Leasing, Destin Commons. “Destin Commons is home to 90 stores and restaurants that provide great shopping and dining choices for office tenants to enjoy. Centrally located off Highway 98 and 293 provides an easy commute from outlying areas. We are excited to offer more Class A office space to our business community.”
