Body found near Saint Simon’s Church in Fort Walton Beach

On May 19, 2020, at approximately 6:48 p.m., Fort Walton Beach Police Officers responded to the report of a deceased individual near 28 Miracle Strip Parkway SW. (Close to the Saint Simon’s Church)

Officers located the deceased individual, Bobby Jackson (68), of Fort Walton Beach in the water.

No foul play is suspected. The investigation is active.
