The Home Depot on Mary Esther Cutoff in Fort Walton Beach gave the Panhandle Animal Welfare Society a surprise gift last week.

Four fans to helps to cool down the dog runs!

According to a post on their Facebook page, the maintenance man for PAWS went to Home Depot and asked if the store would consider donating a fan.

“Our maintenance man is a frequent flyer there and asked if they would consider donating a fan.”

Home Depot ended up surprising the animal welfare shelter by graciously donating 4 fans to help cool down the dog runs.

“They gave us FOUR! We all know this heat is brutal right now and its especially hot in our dog runs. PAWS staff and doggies are extra grateful. 🐶🐾💗”
