The intersection of College Boulevard and Forest Road in Niceville will be converted to an all-way stop traffic control beginning Friday, April 19, 2024, according to Okaloosa County officials.

  • The change in traffic control is being implemented due to the growth in traffic volumes at the intersection, according to the county.

Additionally, the all-way stop will provide a pedestrian crossing of Forest Road to the planned multi-use path that will be constructed on the west side of Forest Road and on the south side of College Boulevard. Read more on that here.

Drivers are advised to be aware of the new traffic control measures and to exercise caution when approaching the intersection.
